In 2007, Crowley ISD was looking to move beyond the traditional VHS/DVD method of delivering classroom video. According to Carol Hafer, CISD’s District Library Media Specialist for Secondary Schools, CISD needed a system that was easy to use and would offer a lot more access for its teachers and students, and that’s what SAFARI Montage provided. CISD implemented the SAFARI Montage system first in a single school, adding new schools over the next 2-3 years. In 2010, the decision was made to deploy SAFARI Montage district-wide.
