Symptoms

PC was uable to play videos, and \\IPAddress was not available for PC to view Generated folder or path to videos.

Cause

In this case, the PC’s were imaged with the same computer name, and was not able to access the MS WORKGROUP where Montage server is located.

Solution

IT Admins will give each client their own computer name.
