Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo & Conference (PETE & C) 2012

PETE & C 2012 is now officially over but we leave with great memories of time spent with our wonderful customers from Pennsylvania-- and another Valentine's Day spent in Hershey PA...the sweetest place on earth!
 

The show was very well-attended and it was great to have Jason Kocudak, our Pennsylvania Customer Support Coordinator, join Andrew Schlessinger and me for the conference. It was nice to see so many customers' faces lighting up when I introduced them to Jason.  Jason has done a stellar job supporting our customers on the PAIUnet state-wide implementation these past two years, and our customers really appreciated being able to meet him in person. 

We had a fantastic turn out at the booth where customers were excited to learn of the special pricing now available for districts that have not yet renewed their content subscriptions to bring the rich SAFARI Montage resources into the classroom. In addition, we had the opportunity to spend quality time with many districts and introduce them to the total solution SAFARI Montage can provide, including our strong position as a Learning Object Repository.

Andrew Schlessinger’s presentation with Mark Hoffman from Bucks County Intermediate Unit was very well attended and great questions were asked at the conclusion of the session. Attendees were excited to see how SAFARI Montage functions on mobile devices as well as to see our unique Cyber Science 3D content offering.
