Ipad Upload

With the advent of more and more Ipads in our district, one of the first things we thought about was to direct upload the videos created on the Ipad 2's.  Sometimes it uploads and works fine, other times the video rotates and squishes, I understand it is a know issue and it involves Quicktime.  It would be great if this could be a bit easier, I just see it as a medium that is just taking off and will be used more and more in the future. 

ps-it works great with the Montage app on the Ipad, just not all the time on a PC...
