It would be really nice if teachers could drag and drop video clips between playlists that already exist. It would simplify the process when a teacher realizes they have added a group of clips to the wrong playlist!
That’s a good suggestion Pam and I will pass it on to our development team. In the meantime, have you tried our Merge feature? This allows you to merge the contents of any of your existing playlists. After selecting the Merge button (on the upper right hand side of the screen when you are in My Playlists) you can select and combine any of your playlists. You will then end up with a new playlist called My Merged Playlist which will include the assets of all the playlists you selected. Then you can rename your playlist and delete any clips you may not want to include. I’ve done just what you described and have merged playlists so I wouldn’t have to start from scratch.
Thank you for your suggestion. I have used the merge feature but our teachers are not crazy about it. They would really prefer to just drag the video clip between playlists. It is a simpler process and is more familiar to them because folders on a computer work this way.
