Using the video "Fractions" I have created this playlist to re-enforce the concepts necessary for understanding fractions covered in each chapter, and at times segments of chapters. Immediately following each concept I inserted a SmartTech Notebook activity that allows the students to practice that particular concept in isolation. At the end of the playlist, the pacing of which can be adjusted to suit the individual classroom's needs, I have included links to several math websites providing the teacher with resources he/she can use for skill maintenance the remainder of the school year or assign as homework. This playlist would best be used as a whole class activity, but a teacher can easily utilize it for individual student tutoring, reteaching, or to instruct an absentee student via the internet option in Safari Montage.
