I'm a sucker for a pun (good or bad).  After last week's amazing geological events, I'm reminded once again about the on-demand and immediate flexibility that a system like SAFARI Montage offers classrooms.  I live in California where earthquakes are not only a constant consideration, but are likely a specific content standard in K-12 classrooms.  However, when schools in Philadelphia experience the exciting and unsettling effects of an earthquake, that is something extraordinary.  A teacher with SAFARI Montage that day, even that moment (once the ground stops trembling) can spring into action and access great content to engage students and show them all about earthquakes.   A few great titles are All About Earthquakes from Schlessinger Media, Earthquake by A&E and Anatomy of an Earthquake from National Geographic.   Have fun and be sure to keep your feet on the ground!

Thanks Dana! Great ideas. I am sure that there were also plenty of searches on the term 'hurricane' as well. We have had a whirlwind of natural phenomena this week here in the east and I bet there are also lots of wonderful new playlists being created. I hope we will see some posted on the Playlist Exchange soon!
